Pricing

How pricing works

Pricing follows the solution design — dedicated agent and hourly coverage for specialized functions, or per-account and full-servicing models for broader portfolio engagements. TEKS does not publish rate cards; you receive a tailored proposal after discovery.

Dedicated Agent / Hourly
A dedicated resource assigned to your operation, appropriate for specialized functions such as collections, customer service, insurance verification, or administrative services. Typically based on scheduled agent coverage with a minimum of 40 hours per week when applicable.

How the work is set up

  • Inside your systems. Agents work in the CRM, DMS, loan-servicing or accounting platform you authorize, under access you grant and can revoke, so notes and outcomes stay where your managers already look.
  • First-party, under your name. Agents work under your name, on your accounts, and the creditor relationship never leaves you. Whether a specific engagement is classified as first-party servicing or third-party collection under the FDCPA depends on its structure and is determined with your counsel. TEKS runs every program to Regulation F standards regardless of classification.
  • What happens to this form. It goes by email to the TEKS staff who respond to it and is kept in our lead records for follow-up. We do not sell it or use it for advertising to third parties. Privacy policy
