Why TEKS

Nearshore support built around your operation, not a call-center product.

TEKS is not a generic contact center. Each program is a dedicated team trained on one client's systems, scripts and policies — bilingual, on Central Standard Time, and run to Regulation F operating standards. Here is how that compares with the alternatives operators usually weigh.

What sets TEKS apart

Six operating commitments.

The things that matter once the work is outsourced and the first week's reports come in.

01Dedicated teams, not shared pools
Agents are assigned to your operation and trained on your systems, scripts, and standards.
02Bilingual English and Spanish
Serve customer bases that need communication in either language without maintaining separate internal teams.
03Nearshore collaboration
Operations in the Monterrey metropolitan area with U.S.-aligned business hours and a Texas headquarters.
04Works inside your systems
TEKS agents execute in your CRM, DMS, loan servicing platform, or accounting tools — not outside them.
05Flexible engagement models
Month-to-month arrangements where applicable, with the ability to scale resources as your needs grow.
06Responsive partnership
We typically respond within one business hour during business hours.

Classification

First-party, under your name.

Whether a specific engagement is classified as first-party servicing or third-party collection under the FDCPA depends on its structure and is determined with your counsel. TEKS runs every program to Regulation F standards regardless of classification.

The operating standards each program is held to are listed on the collections support page.

Engagement models

Two ways to structure the work.

Pricing follows the design. TEKS does not publish rate cards — every proposal reflects scope, hours and services.

Dedicated Agent / Hourly

A dedicated resource assigned to your operation, appropriate for specialized functions such as collections, customer service, insurance verification, or administrative services. Typically based on scheduled agent coverage with a minimum of 40 hours per week when applicable.

Best for

  • Collections support
  • Customer service
  • Insurance verification
  • Administrative services

Per-Account / Full Servicing

A fixed account-based model suitable for broader servicing engagements, customized to scope and portfolio characteristics.

Best for

  • Portfolio-wide servicing
  • Multi-function engagements
  • Scalable account coverage

Month-to-month engagements are available where applicable, and resources can be expanded as the operation grows.

Questions

Common questions about nearshore teams.

Why use a nearshore team in Mexico instead of an offshore call center?
Time zone and language. A Monterrey team keeps Central time, so escalations, coaching and same-day process changes happen while your managers are at their desks, and every program can run in English and Spanish without a separate team. Offshore pools are cheaper per seat on paper and harder to manage for specialized receivables work.
How quickly can an outsourced team launch?
After onboarding and training, TEKS typically targets about two weeks to production go-live, depending on scope, systems access and how quickly scripts and policies are approved.
Can the team work inside our existing systems?
Yes. Agents are trained to work inside the CRM, DMS, loan-servicing and accounting platforms you authorize, so activity, notes and outcomes stay where your managers already look.
Are agents dedicated to our account?
Yes. Agents are assigned to one client and trained on that client's systems and procedures. TEKS does not run a shared pool that rotates across accounts.
What does an engagement cost?
Pricing follows the solution design — dedicated agent and hourly coverage for specialized functions, or per-account and full-servicing models for broader portfolio engagements. TEKS does not publish rate cards; you receive a tailored proposal after discovery.
