Privacy policy

This policy describes how TEKS Solutions LLC (“TEKS”, “we”) handles information collected through this website, tekssolutions.com (the “Site”). It covers the Site only. Information we process on behalf of clients in the course of a services engagement is governed by the agreement with that client, not by this policy.

Information we collect

Information you submit. When you use the contact form or request a consultation we collect what you enter: name, work email, company, phone number, the service you are interested in, your type of operation, approximate volume, and any message. The Site also records the date and time of the submission, the page it came from, your IP address and browser user-agent string so we can detect abuse and understand which pages generate inquiries.

Scheduling. If you book a consultation through the embedded calendar, the booking is processed by Calendly, LLC under its own privacy policy. We receive the details you enter into the booking.

Usage data. When enabled, the Site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and interactions such as button clicks). Google Analytics sets cookies for this purpose. We do not use analytics data to identify individuals.

Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure records standard request logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user agent) for security and operations.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and, where you ask, to prepare a proposal.
• To schedule and conduct consultations you request.
• To send you information about TEKS services that relates to your inquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To operate, secure and improve the Site.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Site inquiry data for advertising to third parties.

How inquiries are stored and shared

Form submissions are delivered by email to TEKS staff through our Microsoft 365 business email and are retained in our lead records so we can follow up. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and respond to you — currently Microsoft (email), Google (analytics, when enabled) and Calendly (scheduling, when used) — each acting under its own contractual and privacy obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of the relationship and any period required by law or for our legitimate business records. You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time using the contact details below.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you from your Site inquiries, or to stop contacting you, by emailing contactus@tekssolutions.com or calling +1 (682) 243-5599. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to know what categories of information we collect and to opt out of certain uses; we honor those requests in accordance with the applicable law. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, which may affect analytics but not the Site’s core function.

Security

The Site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are validated and screened for automated abuse, and access to inquiry records is limited to TEKS staff who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the Site or our practices change. The effective date above tells you when it was last revised; material changes will be noted here.
