Legal
Terms of use
Effective September 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of tekssolutions.com (the “Site”), operated by TEKS Solutions LLC (“TEKS”, “we”). By using the Site you accept them. Services TEKS provides to clients are governed by a separate written agreement, which controls over these terms for that engagement.
Informational content, not advice
The Site describes TEKS services and publishes general information about collections, credit and outsourcing operations, including summaries of statistics and regulations. That material is provided for general orientation only. It is not legal, compliance, financial or tax advice, it may not reflect the most current developments, and it does not account for your circumstances. Whether a particular program or practice is lawful for your organization — including how it is classified under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Regulation F or state law — is a question for your own counsel.
No engagement through the Site
Submitting an inquiry, requesting pricing or booking a consultation does not create a client relationship or any obligation on TEKS to provide services. An engagement exists only when both parties sign a written agreement.
How TEKS services are classified
TEKS provides first-party support. Agents work under the client’s name, on the client’s accounts, inside systems the client controls; the account and the creditor relationship stay with the client throughout. TEKS is not a licensed third-party collection agency and does not take placements in its own name. Whether a specific engagement is classified as first-party servicing or third-party collection under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act depends on how it is structured, and is determined with the client’s counsel. TEKS runs every program to Regulation F operating standards regardless of classification. Nothing on the Site is a representation that TEKS holds a collection license in any state.
Statistics and third-party sources
Figures published on the Site are attributed to their publishing institution and dated when checked. They are reproduced in good faith from public sources that TEKS does not control, and may be revised by those sources. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; TEKS is not responsible for their content or practices.
Intellectual property
The Site, its text, graphics, logos and design are owned by or licensed to TEKS and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, download and print pages for your own business evaluation of TEKS services. You may not reproduce, republish or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without written permission. Client names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, submit false or misleading inquiries, or use automated means to scrape it beyond what our robots.txt and llms.txt files permit.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEKS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time; the effective date above tells you when they were last updated. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
